The posterior hip and gluteal muscles are wrongly used in modern office jobs; some of the muscles are overworked, while others are left lazy. The gluteal complex will be rejuvenated and kept going properly by foam roller exercises. Sit on the foam roller with one ankle balanced on the opposite leg to do this. Then, on the same side of the body as your raised knee, roll weight onto the buttock on the opposite side of the body and apply pressure to any sore spots in the buttock.
